Go Natural Gas Plans to Open Fueling Station at LAX

LOS ANGELES -- Go Natural Gas (GNG) recently announced its plans to open a compressed natural gas fueling station near the Los Angeles Airport (LAX). GNG will open the new site in partnership with a large international compressed natural gas equipment manufacturer, Truckinginfo.com reported.

"Choosing CNG as a transportation fuel makes sense because it is produced domestically, burns cleaner, and cost significantly less than gasoline or diesel. We see this as a win-win situation for our customers, the environment, and our nation," Timothy Nelligan, Go Natural Gas president told the Web site.

GNG's new 40,000 square-foot station will be open 24 hours a day and will be easily accessible for fueling buses, trucks and light-duty vehicles. According to Truckinginfo.com, eventually the site will feature a convenience store and also have the capacity to fuel 20 vehicles simultaneously.

The new station will be located at the corner of Airport Blvd. and W. Manchester Ave.
