Kramer Oil Co. Makes Second C-store Buy

Former Trails N Rails to reopen as CJ Express.

MARYSVILLE, Kan. — Kramer Oil Co. is making its second convenience store purchase with the acquisition of the Trails N Rails store in Marysville. Currently owned by CIT LLC, Trails N Rails opened in 2011 and will reopen under the name CJ Express.

"Purchasing Trails N Rails enables Kramer Oil to offer a more convenient location for its current customers as well as new customers in Marysville on the west side of town," stated Kramer Vice President Chad Kramer.

The closing date for the purchase is April 30. The store is tentatively scheduled to reopen May 1, and will begin accepting Kramer's proprietary cards by the end of May.

Marysville-based Kramer Oil has unattended cardlock facilities in Barnes, Beattie, Clifton, Green, Greenleaf, Herkimer, Linn, and Washington, Kan.; leased cardlocks in Aurora and Jamestown, Kan.; bulk plants in Marysville and Washington, Kan.; and the original CJ Express c-store, which also operates in Marysville.
