People on the Move: New Execs at RedPrairie, PetroCard

JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Martin Hiscox, president, International, for Red Prairie Corp. intends to resign his operational role by the end of May. As a result, Joe Juliano has been appointed president, reporting to CEO Mike Mayoras. Hiscox will continue to serve as a board member and a strong ambassador for RedPrairie in the role of chairman, International Operations.

Juliano joined RedPrairie in 2010 as president of the Americas. Under his leadership, the company launched new customer satisfaction initiatives, strengthened its partner network and increased its focus on industry markets. Upon Hiscox's transition in May, Juliano will assume responsibility for sales, services, alliances and field operations globally.

Bai Brands
Ken Kurtz, former senior vice president at Fiji Water will join the executive team of Bai Brands, the makers of bai and bai5 antioxidant infused beverages. Kurtz has more than 20 years of experience working with premium beverage companies, including E&J Gallo, Boston Beer Co. and, most recently, FIJI Water. While at FIJI, he was responsible for building a sales organization and creating a premium bottled water in the United States. bai is an all-natural, low-calorie antioxidant infusion beverage.

Esrock Partners
Chicago area-based foodservice agency Esrock Partners has a new president, Kevin Wilson. He joined the agency 11 years ago and has served as the lead strategist on major accounts including Tyson Foods, McCain Foods, Kellogg's and others. Wilson's strategic client leadership, account service philosophy and unique insights into the foodservice industry have directly contributed to the success of Esrock Partners, the company said. Wilson also heads up the successful business development program and represents Esrock Partners on the committees of several prominent industry organizations throughout the country.

Finiti Branding Group
Effective Jan. 9, Don Cadmus joined Finiti Branding Group LLC as vice president of sales for the National Division. Cadmus, who has more than 25 years of experience in the wholesale and retail industry with companies such as Target, Sears, Murphy USA and, most recently, WL Petrey Novelty Inc., will represent FIN Electronic Cigarettes nationally. He will focus his sales efforts on the convenience store trade.

PetroCard
PetroCard Inc. appointed David Harris as new CEO, replacing Stephen Tolton, who retired after four years with the company. Harris is a 40-year veteran of the fueling business and has held multiple executive, president and CEO positions during that time. The majority of his experience has been working in the petroleum distribution business. Harris has been the president of a number of related companies including Harris Oil Co., Metrofueling Inc., Harris Enterprises Inc., Harris Transportation Co., Truax Harris Energy LLC, Alliance Fleet Services LLC and Cascade Energy LLC. His last position was serving as the president of Pacific Pride Services Inc., a franchisor of cardlocks with approximately 400 franchisees in 34 states with about 2,200 locations.

PetroCard offers fuel services via three primary methods: via "cardlocks" or unattended, self-serve fueling stations; via mobile fueling; and via delivery to bulk fuel tanks. PetroCard is one of the largest cardlock operators in the Pacific Northwest, and is also the largest ExxonMobil distributor in Washington State.

Molson Coors Brewing Co.
Molson Coors Brewing Co. named its Chief Legal Officer Samuel Walker to the expanded role of chief people and legal officer, combining the two senior positions on its Executive Leadership Team. Walker has served as vice president and global chief legal officer since the merger of Molson and Coors in 2005. Previously, he was U.S. and worldwide chief legal officer and group vice president at Coors Brewing Co. since 2002.

Ralph Hargrow, who served as chief people officer since 2005, has asked to step down to pursue other career opportunities. He will remain with the company through the end of February to ensure a smooth transition.

Rich Products Corp.
Kevin Malchoff, a 30-year veteran of Rich Products Corp., was appointed to the company's board of directors and named executive vice president of Global Business Development. Malchoff will lead the company's efforts to advance the strategies, capabilities and processes needed to accelerate new business around the globe. His assignment comes as part of a new governance and organizational structure representing a transition from Rich's dual business group structure, North America and International, to one organization consisting of five regional business units: Asia/Pacific, Europe/Middle East, Latin America, South Africa and U.S./Canada.

Wendy Barth, an 11-year veteran of Rich Products, has been named senior vice president of global marketing. In this multi-faceted new role, Barth retains her current responsibilities as leader of Rich's headquarter-based marketing team, which supports Rich's Asia/Pacific, Latin America, Europe/Middle East and South Africa business regions, and also assumes global accountability for the company's business intelligence, branding and social media strategies. In addition, she will chair Rich's U.S./Canada region's Marketing Leadership Team. Barth will report to Richard Ferranti, executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Wincor Nixdorf
Wincor Nixdorf, a provider of total IT solutions to the retail industry, promoted Patrick Leonard to vice president of retail for the company's North American operations. In this newly created position, Leonard will oversee the continuation of Wincor Nixdorf's North American retail industry growth strategies based on technology leadership and innovation.
