JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Robert J. Myers, chief executive officer of Casey's General Stores Inc., was named chairman of the board by the company's board of directors on June 21.

The following individuals were elected as F.A.B. Inc. Board of Directors Officers for 2012-2013:

  • Chairman of the Board: Barry Pearson, president, HPC Foodservice
  • Secretary: Andrew B. Mercier, president and CEO, Merchants Foodservice
  • Treasurer: Mark Harman, president, Stanz Foodservice

Two new directors elected for 2012 to three-year terms are:

Two directors were re-elected for three-year terms:

Grindmaster-Cecilware
Nestor Ibrahin joined Grindmaster-Cecilware as senior vice president of operations. He will be responsible for all operational functions of the company including manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial engineering.

Heartland Payment Systems
Heartland Payment Systems appointed three new positions: Robert H.B. Baldwin, Jr., previously president of the company, now promoted to vice chairman; Michael A. Lawler, previously chief of corporate development, now promoted to president - strategic markets group; and David Gilbert, joining Heartland as president - hospitality group.

The Hillshire Brands Company
The Hillshire Brands Company named Dennis (Denny) Belcastro as vice president, government and industry affairs. Belcastro, who will join the company on July 30, will develop and implement the company's engagement strategy with federal, state and local elected officials, regulatory agencies and key policymakers in addition to managing strategic customer and industry events.

Matrix Capital Markets Group, Inc.
Andrew LoPresti, CPA, CFE, joined Matrix Capital Markets Group Inc. (Matrix) as a senior analyst. He is responsible for financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private place memoranda.

Matrix's Energy and Multi-Site Retail Group is recognized as a leader in providing transactional advisory services to companies in the downstream energy and multi-site retail sectors including convenience store chains, petroleum marketers, fuels distributors and more.

The Pinnacle Corporation
The Pinnacle Corporation promoted Melissa Fox Hadley to director, product management. In her new role, Fox is responsible for product management of Pinnacle's complete suite of retail and fuel solutions.

Hadley joined the organization in 1996 and has held a number of positions, most recently as Retail Solutions Product Manager.

Pinnacle also recently welcomed the following new hires to the Pinnacle team:
