Tigermarket C-Stores Converted to On The Run

Fairfax, Va. -- ExxonMobil will convert its 71 Tigermarket convenience stores in Nashville and Memphis, Tenn., to its flagship On the Run convenience store brand. The phased conversions began in Nashville and are expected to be completed by mid-2006. There will be 26 On the Run locations in Nashville and 45 in Memphis.

"The conversion of Tigermarkets in Nashville and Memphis demonstrates our commitment to the On the Run convenience store brand," said Mark Shores, U.S. retail sales director for ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing. "This change reflects the tremendous customer acceptance of the On the Run offering. On the Run meets rising consumer expectations for fast service and fresh quality products in a friendly atmosphere."

On the Run convenience stores are either operated by company personnel or under a franchise agreement with ExxonMobil. The franchises are available to qualified Exxon or Mobil retailers. There are more than 680 On the Runs in the United States and more than 1,360 sites in about 40 countries worldwide.
