Tesco Scouts Sacramento
SACRAMENTO -- United Kingdom retailer Tesco PLC, which previously announced it was rolling out its Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets in areas including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix, hired a local real estate broker here to scout out stores for stores in the state's capital, reports the Sacramento Business Journal.
The U.S. West Coast is expected to see the 10,000-square-foot stores opening later this year, and being supplied by the company's distribution center, which it is in the process of building in Riverside, Calif.
