Sunoco Stores on Display at NRC's How-to-Bid Seminar
CHICAGO -- This past week, more than 150 potential buyers of Sunoco's 56 properties being sold in selected Northeast markets attended the How-To-Bid Seminars held by NRC Realty Advisors LLC, formerly known as National Real Estate Clearinghouse.
Of the 56 properties, 33 are being sold with long-term supply agreements through Sunoco distributors, two sites are high-quality undeveloped properties and 21 are being sold Petroleum Deed Restricted.
