QuikTrip & WEX Extend Long-Term Partnership

TULSA, Okla. — QuikTrip Corp. inked a five-year fuel management contract extension with Wex Inc., building on a current 23-year relationship.

Under terms of the extension, QuikTrip will continue to market its co-branded and proprietary commercial credit card and debit card programs at more than 725 convenience stores.

“Since 1993, our agreement with WEX has allowed our fleet customers to experience the convenience of fueling at our various locations across 11 states,” said Jason Reed, manager of commercial fuels at QuikTrip. “We look forward to strengthening our longstanding relationship with WEX to continue providing our customers with quality products and services like we have for almost 60 years.”

Terms of the five-year contract extension were not disclosed.

Founded in 1983, South Portland, Maine-based Wex Inc. is a provider of corporate payment solutions.

Tulsa-based QuikTrip operates more than 700 convenience stores in 11 states. It has been named to Fortune magazine’s “Best Companies To Work For” list the past 14 years.
