Quick Chek Team to Raise Money for Juvenile Diabetes

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. -- Quick Chek Riding Team, a group of 14 volunteer employees, is currently training to bike 109 miles for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Ride to Cure Diabetes on Nov. 21 in Tucson, Ariz., and set a goal to collectively raise $65,000 for the non-profit organization, according to a Mycentraljersey.com report.

Members of the group include President-CEO Dean Durling, Bob Graczyk, Anthony Albanese, Rick Wisler, Russ Muller, Kathy Pridy, Joan Ferry, Suzanne DelVecchio, Don Leech, Heather Vansaders, Steve Rash, Armando Morales, Amanda Albanese, Mike Murphy and Flip Amato.

The formation of the Quick Chek Riding Team follows Quick Chek Senior Vice President Mike Murphy's completion of last year's event, where he raised a record-setting $15,000 in donations, the report stated.
