FT. MYERS, Fla. -- Mike Rasnak, former employee at Family Express and Speedway SuperAmerica convenience store companies, accepted the position of senior executive recruiter at Executive Leadership Solutions, an executive search firm that specializes in executive recruitment for the convenience store, petroleum and travel center industries.
"Adding Mike to our team is exciting due to his in-depth experience in the c-store and petroleum industries. Like all of our senior executive Recruiters, Mike has many years of actually working in the industry," Brian Wright, managing partner of Executive Leadership Solutions, said in a released statement. "As such, Mike will really bring great value to our client companies and candidates."
Over the last 30 years, Rasnak retail experience includes positions with Kmart pharmacies, and later SuperAmerica where he was instrumental in developing pharmacies within convenience stores. He later joined Speedway SuperAmerica, where he served as divisional vice president of operations with more than 600 hundred stores under his leadership. Rasnak is a graduate of the University Of Illinois College Of Pharmacy.
