PCATS Launches Payment System Product Codes Survey
ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- PCATS is seeking participation from convenience store retailers to better understand the usage of its payment system product codes throughout the industry.
PCATS payment system product codes define petroleum and merchandise products and services by assigning them a specific three-digit number, eliminating confusion between systems by having a common set of values for reporting accurate and consistent data, the association reported.
The association is asking c-store retailers to participate to gain a better understanding of the usage of these codes within the industry.
