Miller Management to Consult for Commercial Net Lease Realty

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Lake Mary, Fla.-based Miller Management & Consulting Services Inc. (MMCS) has struck a deal with Commercial Net Lease Realty Services Inc. (CNLRS) to help the company evaluate existing or under-development convenience stores for sale-leaseback by CNLRS throughout the United States, according to Larry Miller, president & CEO of MMCS.

MMCS is a general consulting service that was formed in 1994 by Miller to provide consulting services to the convenience store industry and associated businesses. Richard Daviduke joined MMCS in 2002 as senior partner. Daviduke has extensive commercial real estate experience and is also a partner at Omni Real Estate Services, of Winter Park, Fla.
