Manley's Mighty Mart Rebounds From Flood

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- Towns across Upstate New York are still rebuilding after last summer's devastating flood and now one more business is getting back to work: Manley's Mighty Mart.

The convenience store at 684 Conklin Rd. in Binghamton is marking the occasion with a grand opening celebration on Feb. 14. Beginning at 11 a.m. the day's festivities will include free cake and refreshments, raffles, balloons and the c-store chain's Marty mascot.

The Manley's Mighty Mart location will also be giving away free New England coffee. Customers will be able to get a 10-ounce or 12-ounce cup of coffee for free from midnight to midnight.

Manley's Mighty Mart is a family-owned convenience store company based in Binghamton. The chain consists of 23 c-stores in New York State, two of which have specialty beer distribution centers. The locations fly Valero and Gulf fuel flags.
