E-Z Mart Increases Store Count in Arkansas

TEXARKANA, Texas -- E-Z Mart Stores Inc. is expanding their convenience offering in Arkansas. Today, the company began operating eight more stores acquired from B-B-F Oil Co., located in Pine Bluff, Hot Springs, Benton and Sheridan, Arkansas, the company reported.

The purchase of the new stores will bring E-Z Mart’s store count to 306.

"The acquisition of B-B-F Oil Cos. complements our existing business," Sonja Hubbard, CEO said in a released statement. "By expanding our regional presence, E-Z Mart is better able to serve the convenience needs within these communities."

E-Z Mart celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, and is one of the largest privately held convenience store chains in the nation operating throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
