DTN Acquires Diamond Control Systems

OMAHA, Neb. --DTN Energy, a communications provider in the downstream petroleum marketing sector, has acquired Diamond Control Systems, Inc., an Allen, Texas-based developer of liquid terminal automation and monitoring systems. DTN will integrate Diamond Control's products to deliver automated inventory management at bulk liquid terminals.
