Ice Chillers

Retailers can keep creamers chilled for hours and condiments dry with the new ice chiller buffet servers from The Creamery. Its small footprint takes up little space and condensation or messy counters are no longer an issue, the company reports.

Using high pressure-injected plastic to form a V-shape creates a tight seal between the container and the chiller edge for a cold chamber, and the flared edge of the V creates a second chamber. As the ice in the center melts, the chilled water pushes it up to keep cold contact with the container. Depending on room temperature, items can stay chilled for four to six hours, according to the company.

Additionally, there are holders on the back of the riser for advertising any 20-inch wide poster.
