Hunt Brothers Pizza Goes Tailgating

CONCORD, N.C. -- Hunt Brothers Pizza is joining the party outside the Charlotte Motor Speedway when the National Tailgating League comes to town for the Top Gear 300 and Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR races. Hot, fresh pizza will be available throughout the day to racing fans as they gear up for the action on the track -- and best of all, all proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross's tornado recovery efforts.

"There's nothing like the energy of NASCAR fans right before a big race, and Hunt Brothers can't wait to be part of the excitement," said Scott Hunt, CEO for Hunt Brothers Pizza. "No one throws a better tailgating party than the National Tailgating League, and what's a party without pizza? It makes for a great partnership and a great weekend of racing!"

This is the first time Hunt Brothers Pizza has teamed up with the National Tailgating League to provide pizza by the slice to racing fans outside of a NASCAR event. Piping hot pizza with a variety of toppings will be on sale during the lunch hours of 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and dinner hours of 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, surrounding the Top Gear 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, before the 52nd annual Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.

Hunt Brothers Pizza is sponsoring drivers Kevin Harvick and Elliott Sadler for the 2011 season. To connect with the Hunt Brothers Pizza Racing team, visit www.hbpracing.com or www.kevinharvickinc.com.
