NEW YORK -- Hess Corp. is collaborating with Organic Inc., a leading digital communications agency, on several new initiatives to help the company better serve customers and employees, the companies reported.
Organic and Hess are working together to design and develop the new public-facing Web site, www.hess.com. With the upcoming re-launch, Hess hopes to better highlight the company's rich history and international reach.
Organic is also building a leading-edge Intranet site to include the latest social media tools to allow Hess' global workforce to share knowledge and collaborate virtually, according to the company. In addition, Organic and Hess are collaborating to create digital billboards at Hess facilities that will be dynamically populated with content to keep employees abreast on the latest happenings with Hess.
"Hess is more than just a leading oil company. They have a network of talented professionals working across a broad range of disciplines around the globe," Minna Rhee, senior vice president and general manager for Organic's New York office, said in a statement. "Our work with Hess will seek to better express their success stories in the digital space to investors, business partners, potential employees and other key audiences."
