Henny Penny Gas Fryers

Two new Henny Penny gas open fryers have earned the Energy Star mark from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The two fryers -- OFG and OGA 320-Series -- meet the agency's minimum cooking efficiency of 50 percent gas and 80 percent electric, while also meeting a maximum idle energy rate of 9,000 Btu per hour (gas) and 1,000 watts electric. The 320-Series gas open fryers join the company's 320-Series electric open fryers and HHC-900 heated holding cabinets, all of which have earned the Energy Star mark.
