Grass Point Farms is making its line of certified humane, pasture-raised dairy products available to Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri retailers. Products include a variety of cheeses (cheddar, sharp cheddar, Monterey jack, mozzarella, Monterey with jalapeno, feta and blue), butter and milk (whole, 2 percent and fat-free). The cheese is available in 40-pound blocks, 5-pound deli loaves, and 8-ounce to 2-pound units. Butter comes in quarters in a 1-pound package and 40-pound tubs, while milk is available by half-gallon cartons with an extended shelf life of 57 days, and plastic jugs with a shelf life of 22 to 25 days.
