Gilbarco Agrees to Settle Copyright Infringement Lawsuit

The suit, filed by Gilbarco on May 6, 2011 in the U.S. District Court in Greensboro, N.C., alleged that Tronitec infringed Gilbarco's copyright in certain software programs used in fuel dispensers manufactured and sold by Gilbarco.
