Customers can choose their favorite cigar from the Fundación Ancestral line with its new Variety Samplers Pack of five medium- and full-bodied premium cigars, made by Tabacos de la Cordillera Ltd., of Costa Rica. Four different variety packs are available of the 100 percent long-filler handmade premium cigars, grown from Cuban tobacco seeds varieties, according to the company. The five cigar blends are named "Serie 1940" through "Serie 1944," to signify the year each tobacco was developed by Cuban researchers, the company stated. The Variety Samplers cigars are available in four shapes—Churchill, Corona, Robusto and Torpedo. The cartons of cigars carry a suggested retail price of between $56.25 and $58.50, and are available from the company's exclusive distributor, Arango Cigar Co.
