Exxon Mobil Board to Elect Senior Vice President
IRVING, Texas -- Exxon Mobil Corp. expects its board of directors to elect Andrew Swiger as senior vice president of the company effective April 1, the company reported.
Swiger, 52, is currently president of ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing Co.
Concurrent with Swiger's election, the board of directors is expected to appoint Tom Walters, currently executive vice president of ExxonMobil Development Co., to succeed Swiger as president of ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing Co., and elect him to the position of vice president of the corporation, effective April 1.
