The 2-ounce beverage was developed with a more robust energy blend than original 5-Hour Energy, including additional Niacin (Vitamin B3) and caffeine, comparable to the levels in a 12-ounce premium coffee, the company stated. The Extra Strength variety also features an energy boost without the crash or jitters, and does not contain sugar, net carbs or herbal stimulants, according to the company.
