Excentus Names New CAO and President

DALLAS -- Excentus Corp. named two new executive promotions at a recent town hall meeting, according to the company. Company Founder, Chairman and CEO Dickson Perry announced the appointments of Brandon Logsdon as president and chief operating officer along with Jim Mills as chief administrative officer.

Logsdon joined Excentus in 2002 and became executive vice president and general manager in 2005, according to a released statement. The company cited his work as a key part of the development of Excentus' fuel discount rewards business. In his new position, Logsdon is responsible for the execution of all day-to-day sales and marketing activities, technical development and operations for the company’s Fuel Rewards and Centego businesses, and customer support efforts.

Mills has been with Excentus since 1997 and most recently served as executive vice president, corporate services. He is also the corporate secretary for Excentus' board of directors and played a crucial role in acquiring and integrating MetroSplash assets into the company's Centego business unit, according to the statement.

Founded in 1996, Excentus Corp. provides marketing and promotional programs and services through its Fuel Rewards business unit. Through its Centego unit, Excentus provides technology and services for the creation and management of private label rewards programs.
