Eagle Security Module

A new security module from Eagle Foodservice Equipment allows valuable materials to be securely stored within individual shelf sections of an open-wire shelf unit, according to the company. The module can replace the need to purchase separate secure vs. nonsecure shelving units, and the open-wire feature makes items on the shelf visible -- even when under locked, enclosed storage, Eagle reported. The module is made up of two end panels, a rear panel and a door panel -- with a choice of a standard hinge door and a flipup door design. It is available for 18-, 21- and 24-inch wire shelving units in chrome and stainless steel finish, and can fit between two wire shelves spaced 20 inches apart. Multiple security modules can be added to a single wire shelving unit, depending on height dimensions.
