Eagle Foodservice's new Red Hots heated drawers heats either crisp or moist foods, while retaining the food items' appeal and appearance. Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the heated drawer features 1-1/2 inch fiberglass insulation. The heating elements warm foods quickly and evenly to 200°F. The drawers are interchangeable and have their own heater element, recessed thermostat and indicator lamp for heating different foods at different temperatures. It also contains an adjustable vent for control of moisture levels. Drawer liner dimensions are 12" x 20" and 6-1/2" deep, enabling the units to accept standard full and fractional-size steam table pans. They are available in freestanding or built-in models featuring one to three wide or narrow width drawers. All models are available with either 120 or 240 volt electricity.
