Eagle Foodservice Equipment debuted custom accessories for its Director's Choice modular cafeteria serving units -- including hot food units, frost top units, solid-top utility carts, cold food, beverage and refrigerated milk units, and cashier stands. The units feature type 304 stainless steel tubular construction with welded framing including 5-inch casters for mobility.
Custom options include Decorative Deluxe Sneeze Guards, as well as single- and double-tier sneeze guards, stainless steel rear doors and stainless steel solid or louvered rear panels. An 11.5-inch tray slide, 8-inch work shelf and a removable undershelf are also available, as well as fluorescent lighting, heat lamps, cutting boards and interconnected wiring for multi-units.
