CANTON, Mass. -- Cumberland Farms Inc., a leading convenience store/petroleum marketer in the Northeast, selected retail software solutions firm Aldata Solution Inc.'s Apollo Web Publisher, a centralized merchandising collaboration platform for the convenience chain's retail space planning, the technology firm reported.
Cumberland Farms will use the system to manage and distribute planograms, reports and merchandising information to each retail outlet, ensuring greater levels of execution of customer-centric assortments and merchandising strategies, the company stated.
"Apollo Web Publisher enables Cumberland Farms to react more quickly to customer shopping trends, and tailor our assortments based on our customers' needs," Ari Haseotes, president and chief operating officer of Cumberland Farms, said in a statement. "These customer-centric merchandising practices help us to continue our pledge of providing every day value to our customers."
Through Apollo Web Publisher, organizations can manage and distribute planograms via the Internet to all levels of the business responsible for merchandising and new product implementation.
