CSNews Now Accepting Technology Leadership Awards Nominations

NEW YORK -- Convenience Store News is now accepting nominations for the 9th annual CSNews Technology Leadership Awards.

The awards will be presented at NACStech 2012, taking place from May 21 to 23 in Nashville, with winners being featured in the July 23rd issue of Convenience Store News.

Both retailers and industry suppliers are welcome to submit nominations for the Technology Leadership Awards. Two awards will be presented: The Top Executive Award will honor a convenience store industry executive who demonstrates vision and innovation, and leads the way for the company and industry to take full advantage of tech solutions.

The Outstanding Tech Implementation Award will go to a c-store chain that used an excellent technology solution during the past year.

In 2011, Pat Lewis, CEO of Oasis Stop 'N Go and Kickback Rewards Systems, was the Top Tech Executive Award Winner. Rutters Farm Stores' introduction of a mobile app took home the Outstanding Technology Implementation Award.
