TravelCenters of America Offers Repair Services at Petro Stopping Centers

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC will add Western Star ServicePoint branded repair services to Petro:Lube facilities at Petro Stopping Center locations, according to a report by TruckingInfo.com.
Petro:Lube locations will become Western Star ServicePoint authorized providers at a select number of locations immediately, with complete networkwide support by summer 2009, the report stated.
Services include light repair and preventative maintenance checks, as well as factory authorized warranty service, and Western Star customers will also benefit from coordinated service support with the Western Star authorized dealer network for their full-service needs, according to the report.
The Petro:Lube network offers 30 minute oil changes, tire service, light repair and maintenance, as well as RoadSquad, a leading national roadside assistance program with more than 400 emergency maintenance trucks nationwide. RoadSquad is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week with no membership fees.
Petro Stopping Centers also offer drivers a variety of amenities including fuel islands, driver showers, Iron Skillet restaurants, parking, CAT scales and more.
"Our new partnership with Petro:Lube not only makes minor maintenance more convenient for our customers, it also allows them to make just one stop for truck repairs, safety and comfort," said Jack Conlan, senior vice president, service and parts for Daimler Trucks North America.
