MONTREAL -- Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. is making antiseptic products available at its Couche-Tard stores in Quebec, allowing customers to disinfect their hands in-store. Couche-Tard also is promoting and marketing Noveko Intl. Inc.'s antimicrobial products across its store network.
"We prioritize our customers' and employees' health. Considering the current pandemic, we encourage them to maintain healthy hand hygiene in order to reduce the risk of spreading germs," stated Chantale Sajo, director of marketing and communications for Couche-Tard. "We are pleased to offer the best product on the market, with its powerful antimicrobial properties, killing 99.9 percent of common germs, combined with enriched emollients that leave hands soft even after repeated use."
At the end of this month, Noveko 4xEZU antimicrobial masks will be available in two-packs at most Couche-Tard stores across Quebec, and as of Jan. 15, Couche-Tard will distribute the 25-, 125- and 500-milliliter formats of the company's hand sanitizers marketed under the Microban brand, along with its AZURO surface disinfectants.
"We are very proud to team up with Couche-Tard, the ideal partner in our process of making our sanitizers and masks available to the population at large. The size of its store network will contribute to further promoting our products to the population," stated Alain Bolduc, president and chief operating officer of Noveko International.
Couche-Tard is the largest independent convenience store operator in North America in terms of number of stores.
