Chevron Signs New Agreements with McLane, Wallace & Carey

TEMPLE, Texas -- As of Sept. 7, Chevron convenience stores and potential franchise locations in the United States and commission agents in Canada will be served by McLane Company Inc., the largest U.S. convenience store distributor, and Wallace & Carey Inc., an independent Canadian distributor.

Under the agreements, which extend into 2008 with the option to continue, 450 Chevron stations in the United States will receive McLane grocery products, while Wallace & Carey will distribute to 152 locations in Canada.
