Chester's Flies into Bellville, Ill.
BELLVILLE, Ill. -- The Carlyle Food Mart here celebrated the grand opening of its new Chester’s location with a ribbon-cutting last Friday. The convenience store will offer Chester’s signature menu options, including fried bone-in chicken, chicken tenders, potato wedges and biscuits for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
"We are excited about adding a nationally known brand like Chester's to the Belleville Food Mart," T.J. Patel, president of Jai Ma Meldi Inc., said in a statement. "And we look forward to offering our customers Chester’s great-tasting fried chicken."
Chester’s is a quick-serve restaurant (QSR) concept with more than 1,500 Chester Fried licensed and Chester’s franchised locations. Chester’s only uses chicken that is specially marinated and double-breaded using a proprietary family recipe and offers bone-in, tenders and potato wedges as well as sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast and sides.
