Fried chicken chain also debuted three remodeled sites.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Chester's International LLC capped off a year of aggressive growth by opening four new locations in December, partnering with local retailers in four different states. Two existing Chester's locations in Colorado and one in Mississippi were also remodeled in December.

Fried chicken fans can now visit Chester's at the Food Junction in Benton, La.; Reading BP Mart in Reading, Ohio; and Love's Travel Stops & Country Store locations in Lexington, S.C., and Pecos, Texas.

"December was a solid finish to a very successful year here at Chester's," stated Jennifer Dodd, senior vice president of operations at Chester's International. "We welcomed several new retailers to the Chester's family and achieved great success by growing the brand through existing strategic partners."

The two remodeled sites are located in CRVS Eagle stores in Yumma and Sterling, Colo., and Slayden Travel Market in Lamar, Miss.

Chester's menu features bone-in, tenders and boneless fried chicken, as well as signature side items including potato wedges, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and potato and macaroni salads. The quick-serve program has more than 2,000 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations.
