NEW YORK -- Hess Express gas stations will see Chase's logo added to 107 ATMs at the chain's New York and New Jersey locations, the financial institution stated.
Chase already began installations at Hess Express locations, and will complete the effort by the end of this month, according to the company.
"We see this as another way to deliver a great experience for our customers," Richard Lawlor, Hess Corp. vice president of retail marketing, said in a statement. "Consumers appreciate the convenience and value we can provide by partnering with a strong brand like Chase."
The move is part of a branding agreement by Chase with Cardtronics, which owns and operates the ATMs, according to the company. Hess Express convenience stores will also display the Chase logo in windows.
"We are providing 107 more convenient locations for our customers to access their accounts for free," Scott Powell, chief executive officer of Chase consumer banking, said in a statement. "Now, our customers can go to Chase branches, Duane Reade stores or Hess Express locations."
The Hess Express locations that will install a Chase-branded ATM include:
-- Long Island, 35 ATMs
-- Northeast New Jersey, 23 ATMs
-- Northern N.Y. suburbs, 18 ATMs
-- Northwest New Jersey, 14 ATMs
-- New York City, 10 ATMs
-- New Jersey Shore, 7 ATMs
