    Catalina, Outsite Networks Rolling Out Partnership Industrywide

    The two companies teamed to bring manufacturer coupons and convenience store loyalty to 500 c-stores during a two-year pilot program.

    NORFOLK, Va. -- Catalina and Outsite Networks are going full steam ahead with their joint manufacturer coupon and convenience store loyalty offer after a successful two-year pilot program in 500 convenience stores.

    According to locally headquartered Outsite Networks, the combined system creates significant benefits for consumers, retailers and manufacturers. Now, the two companies have developed a partnership to jointly deploy the program industrywide to major retailers.

    Those retailers participating in the program will benefit from a CouponNetwork platform, manufacturer coupons and a loyalty infrastructure that is fully integrated with a mobile and social platform.

    Outsite Networks introduced loyalty marketing to the convenience store industry and remains a leading c-store loyalty provider, with millions of members, a database of more than two billion transactions, and hundreds of convenience retail operations as loyalty partners at thousands of locations.

    With proprietary and integrated in- and out-of-store marketing platforms, St. Petersburg, Fla.- based Catalina leverages the world's largest, transaction-level, shopper-data warehouse to develop, deliver and measure shopper- and patient-driven engagements with approximately 90 million households and 130 million patients annually. Media distribution channels include 50,000 food, drug and mass locations worldwide, including 18,000 U.S. pharmacies.
