    Burger King Snacks Nominated For 'Best Licensee of the Year'

    The product line includes Onion Rings, Ketchup & Fries, and French Toast.

    PHOENIX -- The Inventure Group Inc.'s line of salted snacks licensed from Burger King Brands Inc. was a finalist for the "Best Corporate Brand Licensee of the Year" by Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA).

    The Burger King salted snacks product line up includes Onion Rings, a round, crispy puffed snack; Ketchup & Fries; Flame Broiled; and French Toast, a crispy snack with a sweet syrup and cinnamon taste.

    "We are very pleased with the partnership Burger King Corp., Broad Street Licensing and the Inventure Group Inc. has created," said Terry McDaniel, Inventure's president and CEO. "The speed with which we have been able to add new products and new territories to the mix is extraordinary. We are very happy with the commitment each company has made to licensing and the snack business."

    All of the branded snacks are available in a variety of sizes and price points in convenience stores, vending machines warehouse clubs, drug and grocery stores.

    With manufacturing facilities in Arizona, Indiana and Washington, The Inventure Group is a marketer and manufacturer of Intensely Different specialty brands in indulgent and better-for-you food categories under a variety of company-owned or licensed brand names, including T.G.I.
