    Atlas Oil Branches Out Through Earth Market Stores

    A grand opening of its latest store will introduce Eco-Earth Coffee. 

    FRANKFORT, Ill. -- Atlas Oil Co. will celebrate the launch of its new convenience store concept, Earth Market, with a grand-opening celebration. The event will take place on April 22, Earth Day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    The Earth Market concept has a unique, branded design that carries throughout the store and is represented in its branding, signage and specialty food product labels, according to the company's website.

    In addition, the latest store at 16 East Lincoln Highway in Frankfort, Ill., will introduce its new Eco-Earth Coffee with customizable, gourmet coffee bar extras.

    There are currently five Earth Market stores open in the Chicago area in Frankfort, Mokena, Hickory Hills, Alsip and Oswego.

    Each store features a clean and open layout complete with a merchandise area, as well as a café area with oversized, lime green leather chairs, televisions, a fireplace and wireless Internet access.

    Taylor, Mich.-based Atlas Oil Co. is a national fuel supply and distribution company that serves the needs of businesses, municipalities and government agencies in 19 states. Atlas also supplies fuel to nearly 400 gasoline c-stores throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
