Atlas Oil Allows Customers to Zoom Through Tolls
TAYLOR, Mich. -- Petroleum marketer and c-store operator Atlas Oil Co. partnered with BP and the Indiana Toll Road to offer motorists free i-Zoom toll certificates, which allow motorists to drive through tolls without stopping and electronically pay the charge, as well as free gas, from Nov. 17 through Dec. 15, 2008.
Indiana Toll Road cash lane personnel will hand out the free i-Zoom certificates at the following Indiana Toll Road Plazas:
-- The Chicago Skyway
-- Westpoint, MP 0
-- Lake Station, MP 17
-- Portage, MP 24
-- Valparaiso, MP 31
-- South Bend West, MP 72
-- South Bend N.D., MP 77
-- Mishawaka, MP 83
-- Elkhart, MP 90
The i-Zoom certificates can be redeemed at Atlas Oil Co. BP locations at Travel Plazas one, three and five, and require a $10 activation fee, the company stated. In addition, customers can use the i-Zoom certificates from Nov. 17 through Dec. 31, 2008, for free, and will earn gas savings during that time period. For drivers that use $20 of i-Zoom tolls, they will earn a free $20 gas card redeemable at any Atlas/BP Toll Road location. Cars that use $40 worth of i Zoom tolls will earn a free $40 gas card and trucks that use $100 in i-Zoom tolls will earn a free $50 gas card, according to the company.
