Christine Keller in Pittsburgh, Joseph Workman in Lexington, Ky. and Keith Luck in Dayton, Ohio were all named unit managers. In addition, Michael Rudnicki was named section sales director in Houston.
Steven R. Hostetter recently joined DB Companies Inc., headquartered in Providence, R.I., as senior vice president of operations. Hostetter will be responsible for all 184-corporate and franchise-operated DB Marts.

St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch Inc. announced a series of promotions including Bill Laufer as vice president, convenience, club and mass merchandise sales, and Joe Patti as vice president, retail planning and category management. The St. Louis-based company also announced William L. Ramus retired as vice president, corporate human resources. Rames is succeeded by Mark T. Bobak. Furthermore, Patrick T. Stokes was promoted to senior executive vice president of Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc.
