The Amino Vital Prepare pre-sports bar, available in Forest Berry, helps provide energy and focus during workouts with 290 calories, 4 grams of protein and 50 grams of simple and complex carbohydrates. The Amino Vital Repair post-sports bar, available in Orange Cranberry, helps recover and revitalize following strenuous exercise and has 290 calories, 45 grams of carbohydrates and 10 grams of fast- and slow-acting proteins for short-term reenergizing and long-term muscle strength recovery. The sports supplement bars are available nationwide for the suggested retail price of $2.49.
