Aloha Petroleum Launches Sweepstakes for Airline Miles
HONOLULU -- Aloha Petroleum customers will get a chance to win free miles from Hawaiian Airlines when they visit one of Aloha Petroleum's 29 Aloha Island Mini-Mart locations in Hawaii. As part of the One Million HawaiianMiles Give-A-Way, 10 grand winners will each receive 100,000 Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles, and there is no purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes, which kicked off June 1, Honolulu Advertiser reported.
"This is the biggest sweepstakes promotion we've ever launched," Larry Adams, Aloha Petroleum's director of sales and marketing, said in the report. "We wanted to give customers one more reason to visit our Aloha Island Mini-Mart locations. We hope the prospect of winning 100,000 HawaiianMiles will encourage new customers to experience the top tier quality products and service that we offer at our company convenience stores every day."
The One Million HawaiianMiles Give-A-Way runs through July 15, and grand-prize winners will be selected July 20, according to the report. One winner will be selected from each of Aloha Petroleum's 10 regions on Oahu and the Big Island, and each will receive 100,000 HawaiianMiles, worth two roundtrips to the Mainland or six roundtrips to a neighbor island.
"As a leader in the Hawaii fuel market, we wanted to do a promotion that was creative, unique and fun and give families an opportunity to ease the cost of west coast or inter-island travel this summer. Hawaiian Airlines, The Honolulu Advertiser, KITV and The Visionary radio group collaborated with us to create our largest promotional effort to date," said Adams in the Advertiser report.
