MINNEAPOLIS -- AllOver Media Inc. will acquire GSA Media in an effort to greatly enhance its out-of-home (OOH) advertising reach at gas stations.
AllOver Media provides OOH advertising to more than 50,000 gas stations and convenience stores throughout the United States, including many Casey's, Chevron, Circle K, Exxon and Texaco locations. Its advertisements appear on gas pumps, gas nozzles and elsewhere.
"The addition of GSA is an important part of our strategic plan to position AllOver Media as the premier non-traditional OOH provider in the country," said Tony Jacobsen, founder and CEO of AllOver Media.
GSA Media is division of Brite Media Group LLC, an OOH company that provides opportunities to reach advertisers via exclusive media networks and a full-service experiential promotions agency.
"The combination of the GSA Media network with the existing AllOver Media network will provide a powerful media choice with incredible reach for advertisers," said Charlie Ditoro, president of Brite Media Group.
